What should I do if parts are missing from my new pressure washer?
All Kärcher electric pressure washer packages are weighed at the factory before being released for shipment. Our scales are so sensitive that even a missing owner's manual will be detected!

While we are confident that our pressure washers ship with all of the appropriate contents, we regrettably can not prevent items being removed in a retail store. This is a rare occurrence, but if you find that parts are missing from your brand new Kärcher pressure washer, please call 1-800-537-4129 and select option 3. You will be required to fax or email a copy of your sales receipt. All missing parts claims must be filed within 30 days of the date of your store receipt.
