What is the warranty on my pressure washer?
 

Any new pressure washer, gas or electric, purchased through an authorized retailer, has a limited warranty of one year after the date of purchase. This one year warranty covers the pump, the frame, the electric motor and the case of the machine.

Kärcher refurbished, reconditioned or remanufactured power washers have a warranty that covers the same items as above, but it is limited to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please note that Kärcher products that have been refurbished or reconditioned by third parties (companies other than Kärcher) come with no Kärcher warranty. We advise that you obtain a copy of the warranty in writing before purchasing any refurbished/reconditioned products.

Please also be aware that Kärcher products purchased through online auction sites such as eBay, as well as products purchased from non-authorized resellers, do not carry a Kärcher warranty. To make sure your purchase comes with a Kärcher warranty, please locate an authorized dealer at:

The accessories on new pressure washers (the trigger gun, high pressure hose, etc.) have a warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase. This covers the trigger gun, wand, high pressure hose, any nozzles, or lances.

Our gas machines have a warranty on the engine that is covered by the engine manufacturer. For more information, please contact the engine manufacturer.
